Liquor can be purchased from one of the government run liquor stores and can also be purchased from an Off Sales Licensee.

Does Liquor go on sale?
Normally there are not any sales, however there could be discontinued stock sold at a slightly reduced price; these products may not be available at all locations.
Is the price at Off Sales the same as a government liquor store?
Off Sales Licensee’s can charge up to a 30% premium over the liquor store price.
